To use Sananga, find a quiet space where you can be still and focus on your intention. With eyes closed, apply one to two drops in each eye, then allow the medicine to work its magic. The initial sensation may be intense, but this is part of the healing process, helping to clear away blockages and open your spiritual vision. Sananga is also used in ceremonies to enhance focus and clarity, making it an essential tool for shamanic journeys and deep meditative practices.

Step-by-step

1. Create a ceremonial space by lighting some copal or sage, putting on some music, and turning off any electronics.
2. Meditation, breathwork, and prayer practice for at least 20 minutes before application to prepare.
3. Apply one drop to each eye (either eye open or closed), can apply to the corners of the inner eyes and blink your eyes to allow the medicine to disperse
4. Sit in silence for 15-20 minutes and feel the effects. The initial burning sensation is normal and will wear off in the first few minutes.

TAKE OUT YOUR CONTACT LENSES BEFORE USE.
If Sananga is too strong for you, you can dilute it with distilled water or saline solution. Start by diluting by 30% and increase if needed.

Storage

Sananga has a 6 month shelf life when kept refrigerated. Please note your bottle should never be out of the refrigerator for more than 48 hours.If you ever open your bottle and it smells funky, do not use it. Also if there is ever any unknown objects or fungi floating around in your bottle, do not use it. Sananga is fresh plant matter with no preservatives and so it can go bad quickly.
