SHIPPING POLICY

At Shaman's Cave, we take great care in preparing and sending your sacred items to you, no matter where in the world you are. Every parcel is packed with intention, respect, and protection, ensuring that each item arrives in perfect condition and retains its ceremonial energy.

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we dispatch orders, what to expect regarding delivery times, and how we handle international orders, customs, and shipping fees.

Order Processing

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase. During busy periods or when an item is being prepared with ceremonial care, this may extend slightly. If so, we will notify you promptly.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: If a product is listed as made-to-order or requires ceremonial preparation, a slightly longer processing time will apply (typically 5–7 working days). This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When the order is dispatched, you will receive a second email with tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We offer both domestic (UK) and international shipping. All parcels are sent using reliable courier services or Royal Mail, depending on the size, weight, and destination.

UK Shipping:

  • Standard 24 Hours Tracked (1-2 working days)

  • Express Tracked (1 working day)

Please allow slightly longer during peak times (e.g. seasonal periods or postal strikes).

International Shipping:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • North America: 7–14 working days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 working days

These are estimated timeframes. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or postal service issues in your country. We are not responsible for postal delays once the parcel leaves our hands, but we will always support you in tracking any delayed deliveries.

Customs, Import Duties & International Regulations

  • Customs Declarations: All international parcels are labelled appropriately and truthfully declared to comply with legal customs requirements.

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees.

  • Restricted Items: Some items may be subject to import restrictions depending on your country (especially plant-based medicines, animal-derived items, or ritual tools). Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for parcels held, returned, or destroyed by customs.

Sacred Packaging & Sustainability

 

All items are packed with care, using recyclable and eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Your parcel may include natural protective fillers and wrapping. We honour Pachamama (Mother Earth) and strive to minimise our ecological footprint.

We also infuse our parcels with positive energy, blessings, or prayers — depending on the product’s nature — so your journey with the item begins from the moment it leaves our cave.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

  • Tracking: If your shipping option includes tracking, the tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received it.

  • Delayed Deliveries: Delays may happen due to postal service backlogs, customs inspections, or unforeseen events. While these are outside our control, we will do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.

  • Lost Parcels: If your parcel is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the courier. Claims may take up to 30 days to resolve. If confirmed lost, we will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on item availability and your preference.

  • Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customs non-clearance, we will contact you. You may be asked to pay additional postage to have it reshipped.

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight, and shipping method. You will see the final shipping cost before you confirm your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.
