To use the Nukini Rose Rapé, approach with reverence and intention. Administer the Rapé using a tepi (pipe for ceremonial administration) or a kuripe (self-administration pipe), focusing on your emotional and spiritual goals. The Rapé is blown first through the left nostril and then the right, the life and death cycle.
- Put a small amount of Rapé on the palm of your hand.
- Connect to the medicine through the heart, and feel your intentions.
- Fill the pipe (Kuripe) through the longer tube.
- Position the Kuripe: take a deep breath through the mouth and hold.
- Place the longer end of the Kuripe into the left nostril and the other end into the mouth.
- Blow inside the Kuripe pipe with intention.
- Repeat for the right nostril.
Now close your eyes and enjoy your meditation.
Once applied, breathe only from the mouth to prevent the powder from going into the throat. After at least 10 minutes you can blow and clean your nose.
Rapé must be blown into both nostrils. Each nostril represents an energetic current of the body:
